Privacy Policy – Salonim Live 2025 Ltd. Last updated: 8 September 2026

Salonim Live 2025 Ltd., Israeli company no. 517173886, 22 Arik Einstein St., Herzliya ("we", "our", "the Company"), which operates the inperson platform and the Salonim brand, is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our app and online services.

inperson is a single platform hosting many communities and events. When you register for any community or event, one account is created for you on the platform, and your information may serve the whole platform (not only the community or event through which you registered), subject to this policy and your consents.

You are under no legal obligation to provide us with information; providing it is voluntary and based on your consent. However, without certain details (for example a phone number for signing in, or payment details for buying a ticket) we cannot provide some of the services.

Some of the information you choose to provide, such as gender, dating preferences, and interests, may be considered sensitive. You provide it voluntarily, and by providing it you agree that we may use it for the matching mechanism and the service, as described in this policy. These fields are optional, and you can edit or remove them from your profile at any time.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number • Profile details: date of birth and age, gender, city or area of residence, occupation, bio, interests, dating preferences and matching attributes, physical address (if provided) • Social links: a link to your Instagram or LinkedIn profile, if you choose to add one • User content: photos you upload to your profile and albums, messages, chat history, and other content you create • Event information: event registrations, ticket purchases, attendance records, cancellations and no-shows, interactions with events • Matching activity: your choices in the swipe mechanism (interest and skip), matches created, blocks and reports you file about other users • Feedback and enquiries: your answers to post-event surveys and the content of your support enquiries • Information from other users: reports or blocks that other users file about you, and the outcome of handling them • Payment information: full card details are entered directly into our payment processor's system and are not stored on our servers. If you select "save card for future payments", we store a secure payment token issued by the processor, together with the last four digits, card type, and expiry, for future charges; the card number cannot be reconstructed from the token. An Israeli ID number, if entered in the payment form, is passed to the processor as required to complete the transaction.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Precise location data: GPS coordinates when you use location-based features (only with your express permission) • Device information: device type, operating system version, unique device identifier, IP address, notification tokens (FCM) • User ID: a unique identifier associated with your account, for app functionality and analytics • Product interaction data: how you interact with the app, features you use, screens you visit, time spent in different sections • Crash and performance data: technical information about errors, load times, and app performance

2. How we use your information

2.1 App functionality

• creating and managing your user account • providing the core features and services of the app • processing event registrations, ticket purchases, cancellations, and refunds • enabling communication between users (messages, chat) • connecting you with other users and supporting event participation • showing your profile details and photos to other users, including in the selection and matching mechanism ("swipe") and in other communities and events on the inperson platform • calculating matches between users and seating people at events and meet-ups using artificial-intelligence tools (see section 3.1) • sending operational service messages (registration confirmations, tickets, reminders, and changes) by in-app notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and email • sending marketing messages (invitations to other events and communities, match recommendations, and promotional content) by WhatsApp, SMS, and email, subject to your express consent (see section 3.6) • providing customer support and responding to your questions • ensuring app security and preventing fraud or abuse

2.2 Analytics

• analyzing app usage patterns to understand how users interact with our services • identifying bugs, errors, and performance issues • improving app functionality and the user experience • measuring the effectiveness of features and content and optimizing performance • producing aggregated, non-identifying statistics for research, business reporting, and service improvement

2.3 Legal compliance

• complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes • responding to legal requests and protecting our rights • enforcing our terms of service

3. Information sharing

3.1 Third-party service providers

We share your information with third-party service providers that help us operate the app and provide services to you, in the following categories:

• Cloud infrastructure and analytics providers: data storage, user authentication, file storage, sending notifications, usage analysis, and session recordings. Analytics tools receive technical information and online identifiers (such as a user ID and IP address); session recordings may include content displayed on screen. • Payment processor: receives the transaction details and identifying details: full name, email, phone, and an Israeli ID number if entered in the payment form. Card details are entered directly into its system and are not stored on our servers (see section 1.1). • Artificial-intelligence providers: for the matching mechanism we transfer profile details (name, age, city, bio, occupation, interests, and texts you wrote about your dating preferences) in order to compute matches between users (swipe), analyze the character of an event audience, and create mathematical representations (vectors) of the profile for match search. Phone numbers, email addresses, and photos are not transferred. The AI provider processes the information on our behalf only, may not use it to train general models or for its own purposes, and retains it only for as long as needed to provide the service. • Messaging providers: email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages are sent through delivery providers. Your name, the relevant contact details, and the content of the message pass through them for delivery. • Advertising and measurement services: conversion and key funnel events, such as registration completed, login, checkout started, and payment completed, are sent from our servers to advertising platforms to measure and optimize campaigns. To attribute the event to you we send an internal user ID, your phone number and email address as one-way hashes, your IP address, and browser details. On the website, the measurement pixel also sends page views and browser identifiers. The advertising platform may link this information to your account with it, in accordance with its own privacy policy. Your name, photos, and profile content are not sent. • Bookkeeping: your name and transaction details are passed to an invoicing service for bookkeeping and reporting to the tax authorities as required by law.

3.2 Other users

Your profile details, photos, and event participation may be visible to other users on the inperson platform, including in the selection and matching mechanism ("swipe") and in other communities and events. The extent of disclosure between users varies by the type of event and meet-up: we determine which profile details, and which matching insights derived from them, are shown to each side and when. Sometimes disclosure happens only after the meet-up or once the participation conditions are met.

At "tables" events, which are small-group meet-ups at a restaurant, bar, or other host venue, the invitation is based on your matching data, and invitees see the profile details of the match offered to them (name, photo, and age). Before the meet-up, the other people at the table are only partially disclosed; at the meet-up itself the participants meet one another. Your name is given to the host venue in order to make the booking.

3.3 Community managers and hosts

When you join a community or register for an event, the community host and their managers receive access to your profile and registration details, including contact details, registration and attendance history, payment status, purchase amount, the last four digits of the card, and refund status, as well as the matching choices (swipe) made within the communities in which you are active and your answers to post-event surveys. Community managers may use this information solely to operate their community and its events. Company staff see this data across all communities. The content of private messages between users is not accessible to community managers, and company staff may access it only to handle a report, prevent fraud, or comply with a legal obligation.

3.4 Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or others.

3.5 Business transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to this policy.

3.6 Messages, updates, and advertising

• Service messages: in connection with your registration, ticket, or an event you registered for, we send operational messages by WhatsApp, SMS, email, and in-app notifications. These messages are part of the service. • Marketing messages: invitations to other events and communities, match recommendations, and promotional content are sent by WhatsApp, SMS, and email only subject to your express consent, in accordance with section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law. This consent is separate from accepting the terms and is not a condition for using the service. • Withdrawing consent: you may withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time, free of charge, by replying "remove" to a message or contacting support@inperson.social. We will honor the request promptly. • Managing messages: in the notifications screen in the app you can choose which messages to receive and on which channel (in-app notifications, email, WhatsApp), mute a particular community, or mute everything for a period. Essential service messages, such as a purchase confirmation, a ticket, and a change or cancellation of an event you registered for, are sent in any case.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

On the website (event pages, invitations, matches, and subscriptions) and in the web version of the service we use cookies and local browser storage:

• Operational cookies and storage: required to run the site, to sign in, to keep your session, and for the payment process. Without them the service does not work. • Analytics cookies: a random browser identifier, page views, usage events, and session recordings, to understand how the site is used and improve it (see section 3.1). If you arrived from a personal invitation link, usage data may be linked to your account. • Advertising and measurement cookies: advertising-platform browser identifiers (_fbp, _fbc), the address of the page you visited, and page views, for campaign measurement and ad targeting. The platform may link this information to your account with it.

Non-essential cookies load when you enter the site, and a short notice about this is shown on entry. You can stop them at any time through "Manage cookie consent" on the privacy policy page of the website (https://inperson.social/privacy-policy) by choosing "essential only", and through your browser settings; some features of the service may then not work properly. The app uses no cookies; measurement there is described in section 3.1.

5. Photography and marketing publication

Our events may be photographed and filmed for documentation, publicity, and marketing, including publication on the website, in the app, on our social media channels, and in paid campaigns, as detailed in the Event Policy and Code of Conduct shown when a ticket is purchased. Anyone who does not wish to be identifiably photographed may notify the reception team at the event and receive an appropriate identifier.

You may contact us at any time to request removal of a publication under our control: support@inperson.social.

6. Data security, retention, and deletion

We apply reasonable technological and organizational safeguards, appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the requirements of the law, including encryption of data in transit and access controls. However, no system provides absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting us. When the account is deleted we delete all of your personal information: profile, photos, messages, matching data, and registrations. This excludes transaction records and invoices that the law requires us to keep (up to 7 years under tax law), and a minimal record of marketing opt-out requests, kept so that we do not contact you again.

Security incidents: in the event of a serious security incident we will report to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority as required under the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, and will notify affected users where required by law.

7. Your rights and choices

You have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of your personal data • Correction: update or correct your information • Deletion: delete your account and data from the app settings or by contacting us • Opt out: disable marketing messages and manage messages per channel in the notifications screen in the app, and disable location sharing

To exercise these rights, contact: support@inperson.social

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we discover such information we will delete it and close the account. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation, as detailed in our Child Safety Standards: https://inperson.social/child-safety-standards

9. International data transfers

Your information may be stored and processed on our providers' servers outside Israel, mainly in the United States and Europe. Transfers are made in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data Abroad) Regulations and subject to the providers' undertakings to protect the information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; with each update we change the date at the top of the page, and we recommend reviewing it periodically. If there is a material change to the purposes of use, the types of information, or the parties to whom it is transferred, we will display a prominent notice and request renewed consent where required by law.
